How we pack
Insulated boxes with breather bags and gel packs matched to the season, destination, and live shipping method.
U.S. carrier and transit
USPS Priority or UPS Next Day / 2 Day. We pick the live shipping method based on weather, distance, and animal safety.
Weather aware shipping
We hold shipments when temperatures put animals at risk. A short delay is better than shipping live animals into unsafe weather.
Live arrival guarantee
If any animal arrives dead, we replace or refund it.
What we need: a photo of the animal in the bag, sent within 2 hours of the delivery scan.
The guarantee does not apply if you ship against a weather hold, choose a slower method than recommended, or leave the package unattended for an extended period after delivery.
